As this is a fully functional shipping centre,
an appointment is necessary if you wish to have a sales person present to show
attachments. Not everything is kept in Narangba as we use contract warehousing as well
in most major state capitals.

A note about product origin. Many US companies label off-shore items in such a way to make you believe the product is built in the USA. We found out about how prevalent this was back in 2006 and decided to short cut their approach. We now source a lot of parts directly from the same off-shore factories that they use, only we are able to lower our prices because we have cut them out of the equation. We have gone to great lengths to find out where these products come from and divulge this to our customers. Some criticize us for telling the truth. These same people know that their products come from off-shore but choose to ignore the truth and follow the manufacturers lead and carry on the myth that the product was made in America. If you see other sites making outlandish claims that their products are 100% American or Australian, they are not being straight with you. In reality many products carry several country origins because the parts come from many places. Let's face it, we live in a world economy. We buy products from other countries and they buy products and services from us. Can you imagine if those countries just stopped buying our products and technologies?
